Tell us your name, bank account number, routing number, and mailing address. That's everything we need to send your ACH payment.

Step · Get paid

Receive your ACH deposit

We send your payment by direct bank transfer within 1 month of your submission. Most payouts arrive well before the deadline.

What you submit to cash out

Your full legal name, bank account number, routing number, and mailing address. We use these solely to send your ACH payment.

When we pay you

We send your ACH payment within 1 month of the date you submit your redemption request. Most payments go out sooner.

Receipt submission due date

You must submit your ATM receipt — or its details — within 1 month of the withdrawal date shown on the receipt. Requests without a valid receipt submitted by this deadline cannot be paid.

Future redemption options

Gift cards for stores hosting our ATMs, and partner rewards such as airline miles, will roll out in later phases. Points earned now will carry over.
